What happens during a consultation?
It is helpful if you have a layout of your property and/or home available. It can speed things up, but it isn't required. I typically like to walk the outside of the property first. There is much to be learned by analyzing the shape and chi of the land. Next, we walk through the space, and start making recommendations. An audiotape is recorded to provide a personal record of the cures and enhancements applied during the consultation. It is highly advised that you supplement the audiotape with your own written notes.

What is the typical cost and length of a consultation?
Each consultation is unique and entails a variety of factors. I charge $150/hour with a 2 hour minimum. Please email me at logynn@fengshuidesignconcepts.com or phone me at 281-235-2382. What is your fee structure?
Here is how my fee structure works. There are three different levels of service:

Analysis/Space Clearing Level - (1 hour minimum) - This would be ideal for people who have a lot of floor plans that they want analyzed or who just need a space clearing. When I do space clearings, I do a combination of three different ones. If we move swiftly and the space is not too large, I can do all three in one hour. The type of analysis offered at this level does not include ways to correct the problems that are present.

Design and Specification Level - (2 hour minimum) - This is a typical Feng Shui consultation which includes analysis and actual corrections needed to cause a shift in the chi. The entire space is analyzed, and explained. The client is told the intuitive, intellectual and psychological impacts of the space in its current state and what changes they can expect when the solutions are in place. I will make a recording of the session and leave it with the client.

Fulfillment Level - (quote required) - This is the most advanced level of service because it includes the above two levels, but takes things one step further. At this level, I actually make the purchases and changes needed for the client (at their expense). If actual construction is required, I will hire the contractors, schedule the work and make sure that it is done according to Feng Shui principles.

If you would like references, please call me at 281-235-2382. Because consultations are private, most clients prefer not to be listed here on the Web. However, some have given permission to provide contact information on an individual, over-the-phone basis.

Where do you conduct consultations, and how far do you travel?
Logynn is available for private consultations at your home, place of business or property. Travel expenses may apply if the consultation is outside of the greater Houston, Texas area. Contact Logynn at logynn@fengshuidesignconcepts.com to schedule a consultation. For all out of town consultations, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date. The appointment is not actually confirmed until the deposit is received. Clients may reschedule no more than one time by calling a minimum of 48 hours in advance to do so. If you do not wish to, or cannot afford to pay all the travel expenses associated with an individual consultation, you can ask your friends or family if they are interested in scheduling an appointment as well so that you can both share the travel expenses.
